"The contract binds" said my landlord. Yea right! I think u might just want to take it back and wish you never said it.. Haha..Poor young lady. She doesn't even know what she is doing.

Okay, this is how it started. I signed a contract on the 3rd Oct (that was the day when i moved in) in which I have paid a month rent that will bring me to the 3rd of November. Since the rent is monthly basis, my next payment is supposed to be on the 3rd November. Basically I am paying on the 3rd day of each month for the rest of the year. HOWEVER, my 'smart' landlady sent me a note on the 31st Oct (during my party for crying out loud!) saying that my rent is due on the 29th Oct. Therefore, she is charging me 6% interest for being late! I was like WTF!

The next day I went to see my lecturer (who happened to be a solicitor). He was telling me how bad the contract was written and how stupid of her to have gotten herself caught up into serious problems that she is not ready to deal with. Coz what I can do now is to make a police report saying that I am being harassed by my landlord. The next thing I could even do is to pursue this to legal action. Because she has breached the contract by changing it (without me agreeing to it) unilaterally. Mr R wrote a letter for my landlord and the next day, she said "I'm sorry for pressuring you. I am just learning" Yea right. After what u have said to me during my party! U want my money? HERE! SMELL MY POO!!

I'm feeling so much better now. The law is on my side. My landlord said "Don't take my kindness as my weakness" To me that's bullshit! And to say "U might wana think about tonight's party" is another BULLSHIT! Oh but didn't expect her to apologize to me and YES, I WON! Just a little advise for her "Watch your steps dear landlady".

So, how was my party the other night? It was AWESOME! Everyone enjoyed it (I supposed). Nisa and Mallie won themselves an Ipod shuffle for becoming the King and Queen of the night. COOLNESS. Anyway, it was a great party after all the drama that happened before and during the party. I mean between me, the landlady and my housemate. Or should I say, my ex housemate? Yes. Ali is moving out. Goodluck Ali.

Ewwww... My yesterday's blog was soooo not me..It's so freaking deep. Ugh! I feel like deleting it.

I was talking to my ex yesterday BEFORE I posted the blog. We talked about how we broke up, how we could have agreed to some things to make it work, why i can never changed, bla bla bla bla... Oh forget it... But i reckon, that's the reason why i was being too ridiculously emotional. And to blog abt it is so not cool!  I'm not like that normally..

Divert to something else-I need to go to Debenhams tomorrow. Coz it's CLINIQUE BONUS TIME!! It's the last day actually. Ugh! How can I not know about it? I hope they still have few stocks left for me.. Coz seriously, I WANT it. I want it so bad! I might go to bed soon so that i can wake up early tomorrow and rush to the city.

Okay! A quick one here. My open house will be next week. On the 31st Oct, Wed. Yes, it's HALLOWEEN! But, we are not totally celebrating Halloween peeps. It's a Raya Open House actually- it's 'penutup syawal'. But Ali thought of something more interesting! We'll be giving out some cash!!! Hehehe.. And there will be games as well. But the most fun part will be the costumes.. We'll be dressing up! I heard some of them have got their costumes. Man! I still need to make up my mind. Should i get a PINK wig.. or should i get a loooong black and white wig? Ali is gonna be soo berijap i bet.

We need to get some deco for my house too! And some freaky soundtracks for the background. Can i mix it with lagu raya? Wow! That will be cool. I will try using garage band for that. IF i have the time. Oooooo.. i so can't wait for wed! Food, costumes, pictures. Oh yea, talking abt pictures, nobody is allowed to bring their camera in my house! It's so restricted by Ali and I. Anyone caught taking photos with THEIR camera during that night will be kicked out immediately. *harsh*

Alright, i think that's it for tonight's blog. I need to send invitation mails to my friends asap. Adios!
